Kid’s Bed Room – A Center of all Activities

A child’s bedroom is far more than somewhere to sleep; It is the center of all daily activitie. The client had three kids 2, 7 and 9 and she needed to find the best use for their rooms. The baby boy was quickly becoming a toddler and the daughter needed a desk for schoolwork and space to entertain friends.  The older son needed room for playing and doing homework, as well as space to keep sports equipment and games. To keep this particular project on budget, Paula Herrera, LLC, reused much of the client’s existing furnishings and brought them up to date by painting and repurposing them. A mural of a tree and bird house, painted by Paula Herrera herself, became the focal point of the daughter’s room.
