New Home – Moving In

Paula Herrera LLC, helped a family with three young children who moved from New Zealand to the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. She advised the client which house to buy based on her professional assessment of expected repairs and renovations as well as the suitability of physical spaces that would best accommodate his lifestyle and family requirements. She then assisted in the selection, purchase, and arrangement of the basic furnishings the family needed when they arrived from Wellington. The family arrived after flying halfway around the world to find a home that had been completely set up starting with a completely stocked kitchen to new sheets on the bed and fluffy towels in the spotless bathrooms. For this family of five, it was like having all the amenities of a five-star hotel…but even better because they would never have to check out!
